ABBYY FlexiCapture Cloud delivers ABBYY’s advanced data capture platform capabilities via REST API and web interfaces. ABBYY FlexiCapture Cloud customers can rapidly configure and deliver their Intelligent Document Processing solution, taking advantage of our cloud services to automate and accelerate their document-driven processes. The advanced machine learning and AI in the platform improve classification and data extraction results, enabling core processes to support better, smarter, faster decisions.

Microsoft provides the security of the hosting environment, which includes physical security, fault-tolerance, redundancy, and operations and personnel security. ABBYY provides FlexiCapture Cloud service application security and continuous operations, including a variety of security technologies and procedures to save uploaded data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
When ABBYY delivers a complete tenant to the customer, the administrator on the customer side receives complete visibility and control to its tenant, including documents and processed data.
Customers can grant temporary access to their FlexiCapture Cloud tenant for ABBYY’s partners or employees in case they require support or additional services. This access could be blocked at any time by the customer at his/her sole discretion.
ABBYY service supports encrypted data transfer using HTTPS with high-grade encryption. Data transfer between Azure processing nodes and the storage in Azure is also protected with encryption.
24x7 monitoring of cloud operations
We have implemented a number of automatic tests, which constantly monitor and report availability and performance of the FlexiCapture Cloud service. In case of any issues, our dedicated team of service engineers will be immediately notified.
ABBYY FlexiCapture Cloud customers have access to the Service Status Monitor dashboard, which instantly shows the current status of the service and is therefore extremely useful for monitoring and troubleshooting.
ABBYY provides an SLA that guarantees 99,5% uptime for the service.
ABBYY FlexiCapture Cloud service offers prebuilt document and data export connectors to the following systems: BPM, Pega, Appian, ECM/Document Management, Microsoft SharePoint, M-Files, RPA, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, NX Manager...
